DJ K.O. & the Elementality family return with the 4th installment in a year long series of EP’s that will be released on a monthly basis. Living Out A State of Mind Vol. 4 finds the usual suspects on the mic with production predominantly handled by Analogic this go round. Vol. 4 also introduces SeeMore, a production duo from the UK and the newest members of the Elementality family, with a select mix from their production catalog.
Back on November 10, 2009, DJ K.O. embarked on a year long campaign to release 12 EP’s in 12 months. Living Out A State of Mind Vol. 4 is certain to pick up right where Vol. 1 through 3 left off. The years were 2005 through 2007 and I used to do blends all the time to play on my radio show on WRSU-FM (Rutgers University). I always thought it was dope to have something fresh and exclusive for the listeners you know?!!???!!?!! Well back in ‘07 I had put together a collection of those blends and made some promo copies to give away to callers and as freebies for shows that Silent Knight was performing at.

“Força” is the latest single off DJ K.O.’s EP, Living Out A State of Mind Vol. 3, which showcases Silent Knight’s inspirational social commentary and M. Josephine’s powerful chorus over an anthemic beat by upcoming Brazilian producer, Laudz.
Keeping with the traditional formatting of the vinyl days, we’ve got a “B-Side” to liberate for this new Digital 12″. “Get ‘Em (Remix)” features Silent Knight, Skyzoo & Emilio Rojas trading bars over production from Neenah, an upcoming producer/singer from the Netherlands. This track is taken from DJ K.O.’s upcoming release with Beat*Society dropping April 6th titled Master Thieves 02: Picture These Remixes.
